Carol Reagan was educated at Northern Illinois University. She also studied at Northeastern Illinois University and the American Academy of Arts. Carol is a signature member, past President and Director of the Illinois Watercolor Society. She is a past Vice President of the Northbrook Art League. Currently Carol is a board member of the Glenview Art League.
Carol works two dimensional media: transparent watercolor, acrylic painting on canvas, and monotype prints. She specializes in Watercolor Home Portraits. She has exhibited widely around Illinois in group exhibits and art fairs where she has won numerous awards.
Thirty years ago Carol, Chuck Strissel, and other artists began sharing Saturday morning breakfast followed by painting on location. This Saturday tradition has lasted to this day.
