Audrey McCartney Barrett
has spent her entire life as an artist,
observing, drawing and later painting. She has
exhibited in art fairs, galleries and juried
competitions. Her work is represented in private and
corporate collections as well as in the Illinois State
Museum permanent collection.
After twenty-five years as a Package Designer she is
now retired. Currently Audrey is working on
water-media interpretations of Glenview's prairie
plants in the Techny Basin.
